Wimbledon Social a “Royal” Success

The annual Wimbledon Social on 6 July attracted 48 members for a day of fun, great tennis, champagne, strawberries and good food.  The competition included 6 rounds of tennis.  The man and woman collecting the most points during their matches were crowned “King and Queen of Wimbledon”.  Since there was a tie in the men’s score, 2 men were crowned: Bill Jolley & Ed Steele.  The “Queen of Wimbledon” honor went to Gina Hlapatsos. Thanks to Brian Ritchie, Gordon Alvadj and Steve Czonstka for putting this great event together.
